Description Even though I'm a 90s kids but I do admire Don Bluth's work. He's a fantastic animator and created pretty dark, creative, and wonderful kids movie like Secret of Nimh, Land Before Time, and All Dogs Go To Heaven. I can see why 80s kids including Nostalgia Critic (Doug Walker) really love this guy. It such a shame that he went downhill during the 90s. Hopefully, his upcoming work "Dragon's Lair Movie" will get him back up top. Even though he did some bad movies like Troll in Central Park but I do really respect him.

His work from the 80s Era still hold up wonderfully. ^^

From Okay to Masterpiece!

4) An American Tail (Decent and cute, but I think the sequel is better)
3) Land Before Time ( A Timeless Classic, but the sequels are hit or miss)
2) All Dogs go to Heaven (A childhood favorite of mine)
1) The Secret of NIMH (Still an underrated gem and the movie that put Don Bluth as a big name)

Nothing's wrong with his films in the 90s four of them I like
The pebble and the Penguin, Thumbelina and A Troll in Central Park and Rock a doodle and they are really wonderful.

I got a few of his films from my library (and a sequel to one. He didn't work on the sequel). I have only watched Anastasia out of them all and I liked it. Though mostly I watched it because of Rasputin. Underrated villain, IMO.

A criminally underrated animator. Perhaps his box office flops during the 90s were more harmful for his career than we think (Titan AE didn't deserve to flop, darn).

The Nostalgia Critic like Don Bluth ? WTF !!! XDDDD Watch what this jerk did to A Troll In Central Park, The Pebble and the Penguin and Rock a Doodle. I think this guy "hate" Don Bluth.

Me I like ALLLLLL of his movies

Yes, Don's one of the great animators out there in the world, and it's a good thing his Dragon's Lair picture is in production!

Even though he did have his downs like A Troll In Central Park, The Pebble And The Penguin, Thumbelina, and Rock-A-Doodle, he's one of the most legendary animators. (before Genndy Tartakovsky and Craig McCracken.)

Also, intresting fact about Don Bluth; belive it or not, he was orignally going to do the orignal Ice Age (which is drastically diffrent from the final one we know today), but he discarded himself from the project because 1) Titan A.E bombed and 2) He hated CGI animation. Personally, I bring this up because I just wanna ask; would you love it if Don Bluth comes back, maybe he'll try to remake the orignal Ice Age in his orignal vision? Because I would love to see how Ice Age would have been if it was the serious 2D animated movie he orignally crafted.

His philosophy of kids being able to take anything with a good ending rings true with me today.

Before computer animation, there was Don Bluth, the man who created the best 80s animated movies such as Dungeon's Lair, Space Ace, and my favorite Don Bluth film, Land Before Time.
