How I would rank them:S: A MUST WATCH FOR ANIMATION FANS, MOVIE GOERS, AND EVEN NON-FANS. You don’t have to gain knowledge on the source material in order to watch them because these movies even works as great stand alones.
A: A solid and entertaining movie that’s based off on the show. For a stand alone movie, you might have some enjoyments out of it depending on your taste.
B: If you’re a fan of these certain shows that the movie is based off on, go and see it. It’s really worth it for fans. But if you’re a newcomer, I say start with the tv show first before you get yourself lost or confuse.
C: Mostly made just for the fans to have fun. As for newcomers, you won’t miss much. Overall, not awful for newcomers or note worthy for fans, just watchable.
D: Eh... not good as a stand alone movie and even for the shows’ standard but it’s mostly either harmless, average, or forgettable for what it is
E: Outside having any redeeming quality, it’s not enough worth watching for newcomers and even the fans of the show
F: STAY AWAY FROM IT! Not only it’s a terrible stand alone movie, it’s a horrible representation what the show stands for

Alright, let’s see: Care Bears Movie (reviewed all three; first is the “best” but that’s only grading on a curve...so, C-), Hey There, Yogi Bear (never seen it so I can’t say for sure), Smurfs and the Magic Flute (also never seen it; can’t be worse than the Smurfs movies after it, though), Hey Arnold: The Movie (now that we have the Jungle Movie, comparing the two is almost unfair, like comparing a fan film made by a bunch of 7th graders to a big-budget Hollywood movie; even so, it’s, like, a low 
While I’m honestly still floored by the fact TTG! to the Movies is even on this list (let alone THIS high) I can honestly say...I can agree with nearly every pick here.

It is a pleasantly surprised animated film. At first when I heard it’s gonna have a theatrical film, I thought it’s gonna suck. Maybe not bad as The Emoji Movie, but just gonna be your typical Teen Titans Go Episode. But after I looked up in Rotten Tomatoes site including checking Top Critic’s rating, I was very shocked that it has good positive reviews and higher percentage. Hell, I even heard that audiences including some haters that they actually like it and consider it to be a good movie. So, I finally give a shot and... I honestly love it and I’m on the same boat with them. Not only it’s much better than the tv show, but also one of my favorite DC movies and 2nd favorite animated movie of 2018 (Into The Spider-Verse is the 1st btw).

Well, once again, Marvel finds a way to end up on top. I'd call it an arms race but Marvel has at least 3 movies that broke $1 Billion worldwide, and Endgame finally managed to sink Avatar as the highest grossing film of all time so I don't even know what this is anymore; at least DC still has their animated stuff, the Arrowverse is more popular than the Netflix stuff, and they even beat Marvel to the punch on both the first female superhero and (arguably) the first CHILD superhero--though the fact that two Captain Marvel movies were in theaters at the same time (and some even showing at screens right next to each other, like my theater) shows just how ridiculous things are getting.
Still, Teen Titans vs. TTG looks really cool, and I'm gonna be checking out the TTG movie tonight. The fact that we know have Pennyworth is probably no small coincedence (though a series about Alfred as the DC counterpart to Agent Carter seems like a cool idea).

Eh, Personally for me, I would put Transformers the Movie somewhere in B for me.
Mainly since I think it kinda plays an important part to the 3rd season of the G1 cartoon. But there are indeed certain things in it where you aren't missing much.
(Still an enjoyable movie though).

While I would suggest wild green yonder for giving more of a reason why Fry would be needed in the future, I would avoid creature with a billion backs.
