Yay! Another Gaia commission done. This was actually part of my first solo art auction back in April, which I think I did fairly well; there was a large pay out. Anyway, like the previous commission it got put on the back burner when things in my real life got a little hectic. The commissioner though was very understanding about the whole thing.

This is one of Yuji Ikaido's avatars on Gaia with a few artistic liberties taken with a few of the items - Hermes' Moon being the main one. I wanted to create a sense that the item was larger then his being, which is hard to interpret on such a small scale with the avatars. I took a page from *keiiii book and experimented with the glow factor, something you see often in the images she creates. The clouds didn't want to behave like I wanted them too, which lead to the discovering that I've never worked on night time clouds before. Oh well, I still like the outcome.

All in all I really enjoyed myself with this piece.
