i tink im better at photo manip than i a at coloring normal pics! well i was just screwing around with the eye color and skin color then started adding my new found skill, textures, then i got this!hope you like it, the photo is from [link] tutorial

it was by doing an overlay of scales over the skin, well i couldnt find scales i liked to i used pebbles, and after coloring the eye color with green i overlayed the inner part with the rippled affect.
this was prity much me experementing after finding out how to overlay
