Description
Anger fueled him; he lashed out with his kunai faster than ever and slit his opponent’s neck. “Naruto, we need to go and get Hinata!” Sasuke screamed at the boy.
“She’ll be fine she can take care of herself,” he snapped and poured more jutsu into Sakura.
“No!” Sasuke yelled, “Sakura will be fine, you have enough charka in you to have healed her by now, Hinata’s been kidnapped,” he yelled at the idiotic boy. Naruto looked up and glared at Sasuke before continuing his jutsu.
Sasuke stared at Naruto for a moment, “I cant believe it, she is your girlfriend,” after a lack of response Sasuke turned away, “if you hadn’t left your fight Hinata wouldn’t have been attacked by your opponent and overwhelmed,” he spat as he looked at Naruto’s opponents carcass on the floor, bruises along his charka points were Hinata’s hits landed.
Sasuke ran from the small clearing off to rescue Hinata. After an hour of running and silently following the tracks left behind he slowly caught up. He conserved as much chakra as possible. Silently and weightlessly he stopped at the tip of one of the old oak trees surrounding the clearing that Hinata’s captor’s had chosen to rest.
Sasuke surveyed the group; a man in his mid 20’s with thick-rimmed glasses and light blonde hair healed the man who stole Hinata, he looked to be only the healer and not to strong with Tai jutsu. A tall attractive lady in her mid to late 20’s sat to the edge of the camp sharpening her sword appeared to be high in tai jutsu and weapon skills, she didn’t look to fast but was muscular enough for deadly attacks. A man who looked mid 30’s disturbed Sasuke most. He had wild brown and gray hair and was ripping off Hinata's clothing slowly.
She struggled but seemed to be utterly exhausted with little to no chakra left. Sasuke eyes widened as he stared transfixed on her. Her pale lavender eyes streamed with tears as she fought against her cloth gag, on muffled and weak screams was audible beneath the restraints. He hoodie was shredded at her ankles to show only her mesh undershirt and the faint color of undergarments. Her legs had given way due to the cuts recently given by the kunai in the mans hand as he slashed her pants open for him.
The young Uchiha’s eyes glowed red as he instantly activated his Sharingan; silently he removed the weights from his wrists and ankles and laid them carefully on the branch beside him.  From his vantage point he pulled out 3 kunai from the leather pouch attached to his leg.
With a swift throw he hit the healer and the kidnapper and sped though the tree’s making no noises what so ever, without even the sway of leaves from his passing. The girl stood up and began to look for Sasuke in his original spot before spinning around to see Sasuke before her. Before she could raise her sword Sasuke slit her throat and ran for the man in front of Hinata.
The older man growled, as he turned from the blue haired damsel before the man ran at Sasuke. He unsheathed two katana’s wile pouring chakra into them. Instantly the twin blades set ablaze as he swung them before him.
With the heavy weights discarded Sasuke dodged both swards and ducked under their trail before slicing the ninja's throat and stepping away from the dying man, his eyes set on Hinata.
“S-Sasuke-kun,” Hinata mumbled before collapsing in her restraints.
“Hinata-Chan!” Sasuke cried before he ran to her. He placed one hand around her waist and cut the rope around her and pulled the cloth from around her mouth. He lifted her in his arms and ran into the tree’s his eyes constantly flicking back to her face.
Her pale ivory skin was tainted with blood and dirt; trails cut through the dirt were the tears had lined her face. On occasion another would fall and break another trail of dirt from her face.
Sasuke himself found himself sick at the injured look on the face of his obsession, but held back everything to get her back to safety.
Kilometers away from the battle site were the squad was last Hinata gasped and opened her eyes with a scream. Instantly she fought against Sasuke while screaming. Instantly the boy stopped and placed her on the ground. She flung around and punched him in the mouth, the scream still flowing from her lips.
The boy stumbled back and nurtured his mouth with his palm before looking back at the girl with no emotion shown on his face. Inside he was fighting anger and amusement as he watched the lavender eyed girl freeze and pale from shock as she looked at his face. Both her hands had flown up to her mouth to cover her shock before she ran at him, “Sasuke-kun! Oh m-my I am so sorry! I-I though y-you were, I-I-I mean I f-forgot you, I d-didn’t r-remember that h-he...IM SO SORRY!” by this point Sasuke had his usual smirk back on his face and couldn’t help but forgive the stuttering girl.
“Don’t worry Hinata-chan, if I was actually kidnapping you, you would have done the right thing. I won’t condemn you for that,” Sasuke said calmly. “Come on, lets get back to camp,” Hinata nodded and followed behind the boy as they walked the rest of the way.
“S-Sasuke-kun,” Hinata whispered behind him. The boy nodded for her to continue without looking behind him, “Why were you the only one, I mean…” after a long pause she asked even softer, “Where’s Naruto-kun?” he could just hear the tears in her voice.
Sasuke swallowed hard from his dry throat and without looking at the obviously weeping girl he responded, “he was more concerned for Sakura’s wounds,” but bit off his desire to end his sentence with ‘than you’
Forcing his feet one at a time to move he started to slowly continue on their path, “that’s ok,” Hinata said happily.
Sasuke froze with a look of utmost disbelief adorning his gore-covered face, which made his look extremely scaring in the scarce light, “what?” Sasuke almost cried out before turning to face her.
The blue haired girl smiled while wiping away tears, “well Sakura is a close friend of his, I’m sure he… Had enough faith in my own strength to save myself,” Hinata said trying to convince herself more than Sasuke.
Sasuke just shook his head, his face still the same. Not since he turned around had Hinata looked at his face so she didn’t see the scariness of his face, “you would have been raped! Tortured! And murdered if I hadn’t saved you!” he cried at the girl while stepping in front of her, begging her to look up at him and see how much he cared for the girl.
Hinata looked up at the boy with blind determination shining from her features, “well he was wrong but he did have faith in me, that accounts for something!” she cried back still focused on convincing herself.
He grabbed her small shoulders in his hands, “no, he didn’t leave you because he had faith in you, but just because of his ridiculous obsession with Sakura! Don’t you see that he’s only dating you to get Sakura jealous?”
Hinata burst into tears “NO!” she slapped the raven-haired boy across the face before jumping up onto the nearby tree branches and running off towards the camp, her byakugan leading her way.
“Hinata!” Sasuke yelled after her before following her trail to the camp. When he caught up to the girl he arrived just in time to see her throw herself into Naruto’s arms while crying her eyes out.
Sasuke just scowled at the blonde who was smiling into the Hyuuga’s hair, “I knew you’d be fine,” he whispered soothingly into her ear.  Not since they were boys did Sasuke want to hurt Naruto quite as much as he did at this moment.
With a single graceful movement Sasuke landed into the camp they’d made for their squad. After a long glare at Naruto Sasuke turned away from the pair, only to have Sakura jump onto his chest, “oh Sasuke-kun, I’m so proud of you, only you could sweep in and do such a daring mission like that Sasuke-kun, your so brave,” with a rolled of his eyes he tried to push Sakura off him, not wanting the pink haired girl to get hope again.
Sasuke looked back up to Hinata only to find Naruto glaring at him. After a few seconds of a glaring competition Hinata pulled away from Naruto, causing both boys to stop.
As she raised her head to Naruto her eyes began to glisen again, "Naruto? d-do you love me?" she asked timidly before lowering her eyes in shame. Sakura's jaw dropped as she looked upon the couple.
Naruto looked into her green eyes and smiled, “of course I do Hina-hime, why wouldn’t you think I did?"
Hinata’s face deepened to a light pink as her eyes flickered to Sasuke’s, "I always knew, I'm sorry for asking,"

Sometimes people can’t help but lie to themselves and others. It’s just the feeling that you're important enough to matter, and the people you trust would never lie to you, can make you believe whatever they want you to.
The Hyuuga family is one of the most powerful families in the whole of Konoha. That which makes them special is their bloodline limit, their byakugan, their eyes.

"Hyuuga-sama," and ANBU said as he popped up beside the young heiress. over the years the young Hyuuga had grown un accustomed to the unexpected special op's members appearing out of no where to deliver her news. While a polite bow she motioned for the ninja to finish his message carefully detangling herself from her dozing boyfriend. "Hokage-sama wishes to see you in her office," and wit that, the masked man disappeared into a cloud of smoke.
Once on the feet again she pecked the young host of the whispered cheek and smiled before running towards the Hokage office to obtain her next mission. "Hina-chan!" her friend called as she exited the training grounds. Wihtout missing a step she spun on her heel to face the pink haired kunoichi. "Do you know were Naruto is?" Hinata smiled her mind still racing and she pointed towards the river nearby, not trusting her voice not to ask what the pink haired girl wanted of her boyfriend. Sakura smirked and winked at the Hyuuga, "thanks" and with that she was gone.
grinding her teeth as she ran, her mind racing about the pink haired girl, and Naruto’s obvious continual affection for her she barely noticed running into the Hokage's office and before she knew it "Hokage-sama you wished to see me?" left her lips.
Her mind stopped as her mind snapped to ninja mode, the trivial details of her own life no longer relevant.
Without skipping a beat Tsunade skipped straight to the point, “with the newly formed alliance between Suna and Konoha a diplomatic officer must be placed on either side. Being the most suitable choice, you are not only physically imposing and a valuable asset to the Suna ninja force, but you also have the smarts to diplomatically handle any problem that may arise”
Still in ninja mode, “Yes Hokage-sama,”
With a small sigh the blonde woman nodded, thank you Hinata-sama, you will be assigned you permanent position in three day in which you will accompany Kazekage-sama and his sibling, Kunkuro-sama back to Suna as Temari-san will remain here in Konoha. You are dismissed Hina-chan,”
With a curt nod Hinata marched from the Hokage’s office with her head held high. ‘I guess all good things don’t last forever,’ activating her byakugan Hinata looked over to the northern training grounds to see her boyfriend’s chakra wrapping his arms around Sakura’s.  It was bound to happen eventually.
