Description
This version of the Seal of Panem is designed to reflect the reform in government after the events of Mockingjay in the Hunger Games trilogy. The symbol of the rebellion has now become the official state bird, which clutches both arrows and an olive branch in its talons, representing war and peace respectively. Note that the mockingjay has its head turned towards the branch, indicating a desire for peace.Related content
