Well articulated and designed hand, I like the exposed knuckle-bones (?) I notice the four main fingers look to be the same length with the knuckles spaced at the same intervals on each finger; is that a conscious effort to make it distinctly more 'alien'? Compared to human hands, where each of the four fingers is a different length, and the knuckle locations don't line-up? It certainly has that effect in my eyes. I also like the points on each fingertip, the way they look to be part of the flesh of the hand and not simply growing out of it the way human fingernails do. Very alien. Well done!

Thank you!
Yes, I knew I was making the fingers all the same length and making the knuckles line up. It wasn't what I had originally intended on doing with this drawing, but after drawing the first two fingers and realizing I didn't make the middle finger longer than the pointer, I figured I'd just make them all the same length to hopefully make it seem a bit more 'alien' and it looks like I've succeeded!
As for the 'knuckle-bones' I'm not entirely sure what they are...knuckle plating maybe? Maybe this is a species that travels often on hands and knuckles? Who knows!
