Description
Done for the Pokemon-Design Challenge going around Tumblr right now. Go to Random Pokemon Generator [link] and generate 1 Pokemon. From that Pokemon you’re to come up with 3 new concept ideas to re-vamp the original idea! You can’t keep generating Pokemon until you get one that you’re pleased with; you get who you get. Even if it’s a random Voltorb or a Ditto, it’s a fantastic exercise to boost your skills!I got Slugma my first go and was honestly pretty disappointed…but I am super happy with how my 3 designs turned out

Very cool designs! I love the bottom one especially. The Pokemon sprite's body always looked kinda blobby to me, but your drawing definitely nailed the "slug" aspect of Slugma. The feline-esk design is very unique too.

You should do it even if it isn't a contest; it's a great way to test your creativity and imagination and build some new skills! Honestly, I'm surprised as hell that I came up with what I did O.o That would be awesome though (the contest)! And I have no idea, but I don't see why you couldn't use the same idea

I suck at coloring -___- I really wish I knew how to use Photoshop because then I would. I was thinking about printing this out though and coloring it with colored pencils or something.

Exactly. This button does one thing while this one does something similar but different and that one over there says it does what the first one does but in reality it doesn't do that at all. It's like...well...why can't you just SPELL IT OUT for me instead of being so confusing?! My lanta!
