Another Poke-design, this time Staryu. Staryu was very challenging for me, more so than my previous two.

Go to Random Pokemon Generator [link] and generate 1 Pokemon. From that Pokemon you’re to come up with 3 new concept ideas to re-vamp the original idea! You can’t keep generating Pokemon until you get one that you’re pleased with; you get who you get.
