Description
This started out as a Gyarados and went in another direction towards the middle.Whatever, I always viewed Gyarados to be more of a dragon sea serpent than the weird 'fish thing' that they made him, so this is my realistic spin on him.

His face did turn out more cartoonish than I wanted it but I wasn't sure where I was going with the drawing until I was about halfway through
