Experiments with shading & patterns~ It's been so long since my last digital drawing....and my lappy is so sloooow//cries on lineart TT^TT
Hmm i'm not comfortable drawing this scene, so it's a challenge for me! Drawing couple pose is confusing @_@
Aaarghh Draco looks too pretty again OTL
Anyway, Draco loves reading books, even when he wanna go to bed, he reads first. He loves fall asleep when reading books~ So, you'll find him sleeping on library more often than on bedroom.

My first reaction when I saw this was "Is this Bell and Hestia?" Then I looked a little closer and clearly they're different. Different eye color and the clothes are different. You did a really great job with this one and it's so incredibly detail. From the designs on the different pillows to the folds and creases on the bed it must have taken a long time to finish. Also you did a really great job with the lighting and all in all everything made sense. In terms of improvement, just a few nitpicks. The page on the opened book is really flat and usually it would fold but then it is also glowing so it could be flat because it's magic. The other issue is the curtain on the top right corner. From the angle looking down at the bed there shouldn't be a curtain hanging in that perspective but more importantly it's hiding the main light source. It's better I feel to show the main light source than to have the audience guess what it is. All in all it's a really impressive piece. Great job!

This is nice you did realy well on the shading

That background is gorgeous and so are the books and characters. The colors you picked out really match the scene as blue promotes relaxation while yellow promotes bliss. With that said, we have ourselves a happy and relaxed mood. The last things I praise are the textures present in the hair and the crisp line art.
I hate to say this, but the patterns and shading need some work. When you apply a pattern, remember to distort it when needed or the object will appear flat. You can study such distortions if you draw still lives of patterned pillows, wadded up patterned shirts, and more. The highlights don't feel very natural to me. It is great that you are not using white for the job, but you have some refining to do. Be mindful about overexposure so you don't give any viewers eyestrain. The last problem is the books. Their line art color makes them stick out like a sore thumb and it throws off the composition's balance.
I know that you have that potential of getting better at digital media, so keep at it.
