Well wow!
That is really cool, I wonder how you made that work but it is awesome ^.^
There is so many little details and something happening about EVERYWHERE!
So, here is feedback:
The trees around nicely support the picture, you even made the ones close to the viewer a little blurry!
The color is actually nicely balanced, the soft purple of the sky and bushes in contrast
to the dark blue - but you made things in the dark already blue, that's a huge plus point
I think the lineart and proportions in the transformation-animation is a little off, hope that doesn't offend you;
The animations of the shadows is wonderful! Their animations is wobbly, not too harsh and really fun to look at.
the last think I would probably do is reposition the character a little; if he is standing on ground just a little bit down,
if he is flying just a little bit up.

Owhh i didn't realized that he looks like flying! I did purposely didn't add shadow around him since he manipulate his own shadow :3

Hmm I always wondered how flash animations are made, never tried it myself O__o drawing each part and frame always felt scary to me, I don't think I could have pulled through. I did try making a rpg game once, but for that I used RPGMaker XDD

Wahh this one is dofferent than frame by frame animation. It's hard to explain since I'm still a newbie at flash XD
I'm using button function for this animation. When browsing on a page you usually found a button, right? If you click a button or hovering it, the button usually changing its color or aize. Well, this animation have same concept like regular button. But, instead of square regular button, i draw my OC as button ^^

Ohhh I see, yeah I remember something like that when we did coding basics in highschool (is it something like website building? when you change the properties of a button?) Also I definitely recommend that you check out that rpg maker, its incredibly fun to work with, few years ago I made a tiny game as a school project and it turned out awesome XDD Its pretty user friendly, and there's a whole bunch of tutorials and resources for you to use ^^ www.rpgmakerweb.com/products/p… here you go! If you ever have the time, I think you should check it out 
I used it a lot when I was story-building for my characters/oc's, its much easier to work on the story when you can actually see characters "being" in it, becomes more natural to script what happens next ^^'
