had some moral trouble doing this one b/c of what the original concept was based off of and the fact i didnt think it was right to keep things as similar they were, but it was fun to do in the end.Original sketch by by the lead artist of Blobbies Wars. Sketch was -based- off of the monkey island game? I think.

i love the sky and water but i absolutely HATE the little huts and buildings i couldnt make them look any better though.

EDIT: okay wtf? DA is being weird. i uploaded completely the wrong file? atleast n MY end. It was showing the wrong file to me an the right one to other ppl so i deleted it and i'm trying again

How cute! The little island looks so nice and peaceful, what with its little huts and buildings n_n I love the water and sky too! (whole thing reminds her of Breath of Fire 3)

The huts look more like those russian towers, but still, they look pretty good.
Everything looks good, but personally, the colors should be more realistic (ie bluer water) and display a bit more constrast.

This is very well done. I love the textures, but I do not really like the tone it is in, it looks a little sour for my liking, but non the less, it is done extremely well and that is why I am going to favourite it. Very good work mate.
A few little things:
The lines in the ocean look a little too distinctive, particularly to the left, where the white stands out, it looks scribbled in, perhaps that can be fixed? Also, the houses seem to really JUMP out at you, I think that may be because of their outline. Maybe there can be a way to blend them in more with the picture? But maybe then they will become invisible... hmm.

This is so damn good... I wanna swim there! The house on the left sort of seems to jut out of the ground...maybe make the base of it a little lighter or put some dirt around it like the house on the right...I dunno. Apart from that everything is PERFECT. I'd love to live there. *sigh* It reminds me of Neverland. FAV.
