Nice. I'm considering doing lembas for a graphic design project. Thank you, Orlando, for the inspiration. Although this pic has reminded me that I'd best download some Elvish font.
One thing, though. It was my observation that Legolas' eyes didn't change from blue to brown arbitrarily, as if the actor forgot to put in his contacts for some scenes. I noticed that when Legolas was calm or focused, his eyes tended to be brown. But when he was going through some extreme emotion like anger or fear, his eyes were blue (which made for a really cool and creepy effect in TTT when lightning illuminated his reaction to seeing the size of the Uruk-hai army). Since he's so calm here, his eyes would probably be brown instead of blue. He does naturally have a very relaxing shade of deep brown eyes, whereas the blue contacts were a very cold, shocking blue.

I can just imagine me lying in his lap, with him singing to me in elvish whilst stroking my forehead. As we sit under a tree on a summers day having a picnic some where in mirkwood... Ahhh now that would be heaven. Lovely picture by the way.

I really love the textures and colors on this drawin..the details in the clothes are great. The coloring style with the clothes and hair though doesn't seem to match with his skin.. the skin seems more flat like cell shadding and the clothes in hair are so detailed and textured...might try messing around with it some. o.o; or buying me new contacts... Yeah just buy mew new contacts

Yeah, I've been meaning to go back and rework the face. Eventually I will, but I keep getting caught up in other projects. Hopefully I will have improved since I initially did this.
