Description
Soaring high above the Grid, Recoll is a search program; concerned only with finding what whoever controls the system wants. Once the desired file or program is found he will take them to the nearest I/O tower, or simply de-rezz them, depending on what the system controller wants.Another Tron OC. Recoll claims loyalty only to whoever controls the system and carries out his searches without thought or question.
