Description Is this even in the right category? I tried to put it in the fan art section, but it doesn't allow for gifs? OAO

Anyways, Miltoic for PKMNs ! I actually did this a little while ago and already put it on my tumblr, so sorry if you're seeing this for a second time!
(And sorry for the ugly white background! Gifs get an ugly white outline on here for some reason that I was told but don't remember ahaha ~ )

This particular one was 34, for a single cycle, actually!
But the "hair" is only on a 17 frame cycle C:
It loops twice for every rise and fall of the body ~
And then the blink and tail move are thrown into there hehe

Thank yoouuu~! And what actually took the longest was to get photoshop to co-operate with me LOOOOL
I don't even remember how many times I set up the frames OTL

YEAH LOL
I remember trying to move something, then it would mess up the animation
so I'd have to set the frames again and aaaahhh
I'm getting faster and better at animating in photoshop now though ahahah
Thuis milotic was probably the first time I animated something of this scale in there xD
