Monday: early afternoon : following the weather it's a little damp and unpleasant - Lee chose to wear her medium-heavy leather/deerskin ensemble. It's all real, she's not ashamed.

The Story --------------------
Lee sat just inside her teepee, staring at the dreary and damp world. It had rained the night before and it had continued to drizzle periodically leaving the moody girl more than content to stay in her shelter except... except that Baila had to stand out in that - even if she had blankets for it- and Lee just didn't see that as fair. With a sigh she gave Boo a quick scratch on the ear. "Care to join the world of the living?" she asked. The dog grunted at her, looked outside then promptly dove into her plush sleeping bag and curling up. Lee laughed. "Alright, you win." she snapped up her cloak- which Azzie had insisted she have instead of coats and jackets, and slid it in place under the shoulder-shrug-fur that went with her outter tunic. What was with that womans idea of fashion and style? Lee concieded that Azzie did, at least, know how to make the girl match the camp and its setting but still.

She marched outside, enjoying the soft tick of each powerful stride as the beaded hem of her under tunic ( more of a dress really ) and boots came together. Of course if she walked normally the beads would be silent, but where was the fun in that? She moved through the camps, pleased that no one asked her what camp she belonged to, or tried to converse with her. Lee was fiercely competitive and wouldn't have been able to get along with anyone unless they put serious effort into- oh my!

She stopped walking and stared, nearly getting trampled by the half-asleep Baila as the mare followed her without command. Grazing peacefully beside one of the Teepees around them was a spotted mare a lovely spotted mare that reminded Lee of Azzie's Spanish Armada. Lee grinned, rubbing her gloved hands together and snuck over to the horse, making sure no one was watching she pinned a note to the teepee and leapt onto the startled horses back, spinning and running had back to her own camp, thankful that Baila wasn't going to be left behind - she was too high for that - and followed at a pleasant canter. Now to wait and see just who came running after their horse! Lee, of course, had no idea that the mares seeming complacency was simply due to shock of the moment and would wear off at any moment.

Her thoughts were too focused on wondering who was coming after them. Was it a girl her age? Maybe one just as prank-prone and competitive as her? Oh goodness she hoped so. Otherwise this entire camp adventure was going to blow and she'd be misserable all week long.
