Right when I saw this, I dropped what I was doing. Turned on my Crash 3 game, and went to that level. I searched every single piece of island, but never found him. I looked it up on line, and a guy said he appears in three places.
1. Toad Village
2. Makin' Waves
3. Hog Ride.
I checked all three places. Again, I didn't find him. I did some more research and discovered, Fake Crash doesn't have Cameos in the U.S version of the game. Dang it! I did all this work just to find out I can't see him! Just like the bonus content videos in the Japanese versions of Crash 1,2,3, and Crash Bandicoot Carnival, I don't get to see them.
Man, the U.S got jipped on the Crash games. Most ironic being Crash is an American creation!

With what I found on the internet, he is supposed to be in one of the gardens toward the end of the level. I can't tell you exactly where, since I only have the U.S version, and he makes no appearances in it. My first time I saw him was in CTR, when I unlocked him.
