sometimes, this is just an easy aproach. brushes work better, but newer versions of GIMP dont alow brushes.

yes, it a very simple thing to make, a cloud. but the more practice the better it looks. not all the clouds people make like this work out well.

maybe i should add a disclaimer! lol jk.
