I'l love to work on all the stuff I have to do, but I'm at ~Eroom-noisesE 's house. So I made a cloud tutorial. I hope you like it!
Yes, it IS possible to do this with a mouse! I used a mouse to make all of this, the tutorial, the clouds, yeah. You just have to make some changes to the brushes and stuff.

I taught myself to do this, and I thought of it up by myself. So if there is a very similar tutorial out there, please don’t accuse me of stealing their idea, because most likely, I have probably never seen it.
