I was asked how to make clouds, so I finally had the excuse to make a tut.
Now this is a first for me so I hope it's ok. And I really do hope you understand it.
and a the moment I have no idea whether this technique works for making clouds in night skies.

Remember we were dicussing clouds the other day. I did that picture I showed you in gimp with a mouse. So it does kinda work. I hope it works for you too.
