Just my own kinda power-up that I made up for the Mario Bros. It's a spring mushroom that puts springs on their wrist and ankles giving them the ability to stretch their arms and legs up to 5 feet away.
I somehow got this idea from watching El Tigre, and I kinda wished that the spring mushroom from Mario Galaxy were more like this. Might seem lame but it'll come in handy during a fight (foreshadowing)

That's a really cool idea. I could see it being useful as a Smash Brothers power up too. Also love the metallic look you got with the springs, I have to admire it because I have so many issues with making metal look like metal.
