Selling's legal, fucking's legal, but selling fucking's illegal? I don't see any fucking sense in that, if it's legal, then I don't get the reason why you would make selling fucking illegal, seriously, what the fuck? If we had legalized prostitution, I'm SURE we would have a thriving economy AND cleaner, better prostitutes, and I'm sure it would be safer for prostitutes to sell fucking.Seriously, we should legalize selling fucking because you know, why ban selling something that's legal?

Let's say selling is legal, and so is, let's say... having children. Selling your children, however, doesn't mix and it's wrong (unless you put them up for adoption). Prostitution is also unsafe and carries many terrible consequences. Also, it can lead to morally deprived societies when it comes to sex.

If they would legalize prostitution in many states in America, less people would be complaining about not getting any and would not feel the need to sexually harass anyone. Not all men should have to go through a stupid relationship just to get sex. Some men want relationships, others don't; and the same goes for women. It's no wonder this nation is such a fucking mess - states are not doing what they should to legalize things like marijuana and prostitution. I'm not saying legalizing prostitution will end all sexual harassment and rape, but it will help with it a lot.
Don't get me wrong, I like the fact that the south allows many sane and peace-loving people to own guns, but I'm getting sick of these states not legalizing pot and it might be a cold day in hell before they ever legalize prostitution in this southern wasteland I'm stuck in. If it's legalized via form of certified, regulated brothels, where prostitutes maintain safer sex protection and being STD-free (I heard prostitution was legal in Las Vegas if the hooker was doctor-certified free of STDs), THAT'S the kind of legalized prostitution I'd root for. But streetwalking, NOT OK, too much violence, murder, and abduction tragedies happen that way.

It's also wrong to force your personal morals on other people. If you don't like it, don't get involved. That way you're free to not like it, and they're free to do what they want with their body.
The truth is, prostitution is never going to end. Not only is it one of the oldest things humans have been selling- but it's easy to do in tough times. Making it illegal is only going to make it far more dangerous, and it will then have the cute little novelty of being against the law. If it were legal, we could apply taxes to it- and laws to make it a safer business.
It's basically the same thing going on with weed.
Porn is safe. Porn is safer than a lot of your "civilized jobs". They're protected- there are laws in place to make sure those who do porn are clean and safe.
The same thing could be applied to prostitution, unfortunately, there are ignorant people who feel the need to be Communists about certain things. Or Nazi, whatever you prefer to call it.
