The cyber girls probably have sensors in them that open and close the doors when they approach. They don't have to think about opening a door. It just opens so they can continue routinely and efficiently.

Yes. Although there are also small differences between individual members of the same caste, because they were converted from different specimens and because they amass different experiences during their lifetime.

So if multiple people were converted to the same cast at the same time and had their former memories wiped, they still wouldn't act the exact same way? Or would they until they gathered unique experiences?
