Okay, so here's my adoptables for sale. They're five dollars each and I would prefer paypal (flammingcorn@hotmail.com) as the payment method.And for this time around, since I need the cash, I'm gonna let these guys go rule free, first come first serve.
So yeah, I guess I'll list them and note as they're taken. If anyone actually buys them, that is. XD If this batch sales out for whatever reason, I have another batch here .

Bandito: Probably gonna kill someone. Union Jack: Looks like a Nancy. Survivor: I imagine him ready for the zombie Apocalypse. Hazard: I'm almost tempted to keep him myself if I didn't really need to money. XDAnd don't take the names to heart, I just list them that way for fun.

Because it doesn't bother anything. No one is forcing anyone to buy them, and even if you didn't have to pay for them no one would want them anyway. It's fine as it is, changing it would do nothing. :U

Pretty much. You pay me, and they become your character. There's no real copyrights involved I don't guess, just those established as "I made him, he belongs to me".
