Description
1st place prize for PoneBox who asked for a summer themed character design. They had asked for draconequus hybrid who featured wings and a horn and had a mermaid/aquatic theme. I took inspiration for Mera and Queen Atlanna from Aquaman as well as looking at Vaporeon from Pokemon. Her front legs are those of an otter so she can grab stuff as well as confidently paddle through water and her hind legs are webbed paws to help propel her through water. She's got that big strong tail to help her swim too and large dragon-like wings which I think she could also use for swimming.
