Marsoc in Afghanistan. i wanted to do an homage to the Frazetta "Death Dealer" in a modern theme. and i had recently seen some images of the Marsoc operators in A-stan using motorbikes - so that became the "horse" and "rider". it might be hard to see, but i gave him a tattoo of the original Death Dealer on his forearm.Related content

just found this and wanted to leave a cool side note. when I was in the 82 ABN. back in the 90s we had a copy of the death dealer hanging in our barracks.

awesome concept, one of my favorite frazetta paintings (had a fat poster of it hanging over my bed) and i think your clean, minimalist style works exceptionally well at modernizing the painting, as well as its theme. though i have to say, i'm not a huge fan of the afg... just a preference thing i guess

Once again, great piece of work, like the reflection of the fire in his glasses, small details u do really well!! Marsoc still wearing woodland again , heard reports that they were.
