Wow! This is really pretty! It must have taken a while. Did you draw the dots one at a time or did you use a certain brush?

XD it took me about a day and a half XD and i just used the circle brush on sai with the blending up all the way for the background, drew it normaly first and then made the circles afterwards by smudging the colors together (:
