It's a good thing, I was able to prevent this in-time. Who knows what kind of destruction this monster would've unleashed. He'd never forgive himself...

There is a story behind this horrible monstrosity that is shrouded in mystery. But here's all you need know about this beast. It is known as a "Mutanoid" a powerful living weapon born of bionic enhancement and genetic manipulations. For a while the Dreddon organization would capture people and use them as test subjects for their living weapon experiments. Those that were successful would be morphed into these powerful monsters, all others were made into Dreddon Drones. But, thankfully one young hero was rescued just before he became a mindless killing machine, hopefully...

So what does TALON use to turn people into these things: a special formula, cell-by-cell reconfiguration, something else?

I'm glad you asked. It's actually a combination of several methods.
They use a combination of genetic alteration using mutagenic compounds. They proceed to further enhance their power using bionic technology. Turning them into mutated cyborg soldiers. Hence the term "Cyber Mutants". Shonnie Flash almost wound up the same way, but was thankfully saved by the "Guarizer System" developed by Dr. Pine. Which managed to not only keep Shonnie from changing into one of these things. But also allowed for him to utilize the strength that came with his modified body to combat other Cyber Mutants.

It would be bad if they learned how to use nanomachines in the mutagenic compound to take care of the genetic alteration part; that way they would only have to somehow inject it into their host and let the transformation occur.

Thankfully, or rather sadly. Not all the attempts of creating Cyber Mutants were succuseful. Test subjects that were deemed failures would be turned into Talon Drones. Talon has never been one to waste resources. If Talon got their hooks in you, it never ends well...

I don't know; depending on TALON's stance on non-humans the Vacuum Co might either try to destroy them or take them over for their own uses. Either way it'll be a massive war between two massive criminal syndicates...and by the time TM Episode 1 ends these two forces are going to become aware of each other.

Well, Talon doesn't necessarily discriminate groups as they feel anyone who isn't in with Talon are either tools to be used or pests that need to be destroyed.
Considering a majority of the Cyber Mutants have taken on bestial/insect-like forms, in addition to any armored or mechanical parts. Something tells me Vacuum Co. would either disapprove of Talon's cyber mutant experiments, or use the cyber mutants as part of their "Anti-Non" agenda. Either as living weapons(as per their creation) or to discredit the unity of humans and non-humans. But, that's just my theory on the matter.
However, I think the Vacuum Co. should keep their eyes peeled for a new evil syndicate...

Hmm, now that I think about it, given that some of TALON's test subject were probably human and that they're even creating these Cyber Mutants in the first place, the Vacuum Co. definitely already has them on their exterminate list.

Sounds about right.
Though it may be difficult for them to ID a Cyber Mutant, since they can revert to their human disguises out of combat. Unless they have a device that can see through such forms.

The Vacuum Co. represents the worst qualities of mankind throughout the years: pride, not open to new ideas, racism, destruction caused by fear of the unknown and all other things like that.

Man and here I thought I was going the extra mile for Talon's evil. Given Raptor's own wicked philosophy on the "rightful order" of the world. Even he would disapprove of the Vacuum Co, at least in a productive sense anyways...
Still, even Talon fails in comparison as to what is coming next...

Indeed, the cyber mutants are TALON's greatest and most dangerous(living) weapons. Able to disguise themselves in human form and infiltrate society to carry out TALON's evil schemes to subjugate the world.
The saving grace is the few people that were able to escape the cruel grasp of TALON's influence and combat their efforts whenever possible.
