My name is Shonnie Flash, I was once an ordinary detective, until the day I investigated a warehouse containing human shipments to the criminal organization known as Talon. Before I could report my findings I was ambushed by Talon goons and taken to a laboratory to be turned into one of their mindless bionic soldiers. But thanks to Dr. Pine and Cheeko we were able to make it out of there with our lives.

Now, with my new powers and abilities I've sworn to protect Galax City from the evil influence of Talon, under the guise of the armored detective known as Excel Guarizer!

Here we have Shonnie Flash officially donning his new heroic persona, the Excel Guarizer (or just Guarizer to others). While still active in his job as a private investigator, Shonnie now uses his new-found abilities and exo-armor to combat the powerful forces of Talon that threaten to conquer the world, starting with Galax City. Aiding him in his cause, is the brilliant scientist and inventor Dr. Nelson Pine and Shonnie's loyal canine companion Cheeko D. Together they vow to eliminate the threat of Talon and protect the innocent lives of Galax City.
