Kai: So let me get this straight. My character is being changed AGAIN?!Flash: Yup.
Kai: So, instead of being a guy turned into a mutant wolfman, with super speed and razor sharp claws, I’m a mutant rubber-man?
Flash: Yup.
Kai: And Flexi-Girl is my sister?
Flash: Yup. Anymore questions?
Kai: …. Do Nikki and I…
Flash: You’re welcome to try…
Kai: I’’ll take it!

Name: Kyle "Kai" Wan (A.K.A. Berserker)
Age: 23
Race/Species: Mutant
Personality: Brash, adamant confrontational, tough, perverted, arrogant, stubborn, and aggressive.
Likes: sexy girls, being the best, beating up villains, hitting on girls, checking out girls, training, bounty hunting, and punching things.
Dislikes: being defeated, being tricked, losing( especially to Lucien Murlock), being rejected, and villains.
Bio: Kai Wan is the elder brother of Neo Force hero Flexi-Girl. Unlike his more calm and collected sibling, Kai is very hot-headed and confrontational. Often getting in fights with people or provoking a fight to happen. This gave Kai the unintended image of being a thug and a degenerate. Growing weary of everyone's growing criticism and resentment, he decides to leave home.
Kai for a while participated in underground cage fights to make money as well as appease his love for fighting. But after a while he felt his skills were wasted in cage fighting and decided to put his abilities to a more practical use. He joined a group of mercenaries, in order to take down criminals and more or less legitimizing his lust for fighting. After a while he became known as the "Raging Dragon" due to his ferocity and great fighting skills. There he met his close friend Dylan Scales (who later becomes Chromo-Dile) and the two become some of the best and most effective of the mercenaries.
One day Kai and Dylan were hired to liberate a series of synthazoids (artificial humans) from the Vertunus Atelum Facility. This seemed like a simple task at first, until they met the man in charge of the facility Xandir Monroe. After being defeated effortlessly by Xandir he was captured and forced to endure all kinds of agonizing experiments. These experiments caused him to lose his ability to shape-shift like most elastic people, but is now capable of expanding his limbs as well as stretching them. He didn't particularly mind this loss, as it increased his physical strength and stamina. Turning him into an even stronger fighting machine than he already was.
After a stroke of luck, a jailbreak had occured at the facility that allowed Kai and Nikki to escape the sinister facility to freedom. The two now hideout in Galax City and eventually join up with the Neostar heroes.
Powers: Kai is an elastic mutant just like his sister Flexi-Girl. This allows his body to stretch to great lengths. But, unlike his sister, he cannot change his shape to a certain degree, due to a side effect of forced experimentation. However he is now gifted with incredible stamina and dexterity, making him an even more powerful fighter than before.

Kai: Hey, you must be that Ashuro guy, the Flash brothers were talking about. Up for a quick match, fuzzy?

Kai: Alrighty then! *Kai starts to whirl his arm around in a circle, after reaching enough speed he lept back and threw a quick elastic punch at Ashuro* EAT THIS!

*Ashuro just simply swats the punch away, in a similar fashion to how Goku deflected Captain Ginyu's attacks at that time, throwing Kai off balance. Kai is surprised when he sees that Ashuro hasn't moved at all in an attempt to counter attack; he just stands there and looks on.*

*Kai's arm retracts back to it's normal shape, as he tries to regain his footing*
Kai: Not bad, fuzzy. Let's see you try to swat this! *Kai kicks his leg high into the air, but as it rises it starts to expand wider and wider. He then brings his giant leg back down on Ashuro*

Ashuro: Coolness! You can do that, too?
*Kai is completely startled and jumps forward when he sees that Ashuro is right behind him.*
Ashuro:

Kai: WHOA! How did you get over here so fast?!

Ashuro: Oh that? Simple; I ran away. I didn't want to get hit so I ran away.

Kai: Don't screw with me, furball!

*Ashuro nimbly dodges all of Kai's attacks. Kai soon exhausts himself from all of the rapid attacking and has to stop and catch his breath, knowing that he'd be wide open for Ashuro to attack. To his surprise, and annoyance, Ashuro once again just stands there and waits for him to recover.*
Ashuro:

Kai: *Kai not amused with Ashuro's nonchalant attitude* I said... "DON'T SCREW WITH ME!!"

Ashuro: ...
*Relaxing his body, Ashuro easily slides out of Kai's grip and jumps down to the ground; an act that infuriates Kai greatly.

Kai: GRAARGH!! *Kai's body compresses into what appears to be a small red sphere that is violently trembling*

Ashuro: Oh boy, this doesn't look good.
*After widening out his second set of arms, he curls up and wraps them all around him until he looks like a black and white ball; he then starts rolling and takes off in a burst of speed, colliding into Kai and sending him high up into the sky.*

Kai: *as he flies up his hand grabs a tree branch at the pass* Alright! *as his arm stretches far into the sky he slings back down with great speed and strength and crashes into Ashuro*

Ashuro: Oof!
*The force sends Ashuro bouncing off of the ground backwards for a small distance before he lands on his feet.*

Ashuro: You're not half bad yourself.

Kai: *sits on the ground* So, how do you know the Flash boys anyway?

Ashuro: Through e-chan; I met a lot of my good friends through him.

*Ashuro streches to limber out his body before retaking his fighting stance.*
Ashuro: Okay, I'll get serious since you'd rather have it that way; but I must warn you, although I'm a cat I can become even more ferocious than a pit-bull when I want to.

*Kai stretches his limbs and pops the bones in his hands, before resuming his battle stance*
Kai: I'll believe it when I see it, fuzzy. *smirks*

Ashuro: For safety reasons, on a scale from 1 to 10, how intense do you want me to fight you?

Kai: ... Take you're best shot.
(he clearly has no idea, how strong Ashuro really is.

Ashuro:
*Ashuro vanishes and in a split second he right up on Kai and delivers a hard punch to his jaw sending him flying backwards like a speeding bullet, but before he can figure out just what happened he is hit again from behind; Ashuro had gotten in front of his flight path and sent him rocketing up into the sky. His ascent is suddenly halted midair when his foot is grabbed by Ashuro who had stretched his arm up to catch him before yanking him down to the ground, crashing on impact. One second later, Kai finds himself being flung back into the sky followed by Ashuro giving him the Hidden Lotus treatment being knocked around constantly in the air.*

*Kai gets battered around by Ashuro's various attacks and starts to cough up blood before he hits the ground. He slowly gets back on his feet, whipping his neck and limbs about to re-allign his body. He then starts to laugh in amusement.*
Kai: Now, that's what I'm talking about! You're tougher than I thought. Flash wasn't kidding about your mad skills, Ashuro. I'm going to really enjoy fighting you!
*he spits out some blood before making his trademark smirk. He then thrusts his fist into the ground and a large fist burts out punching Ashuro into the air. As Ashuro flies through the air, Kai does a head stannd and launches his feet into the air kicking Ashuro in the chest*

Ashuro: Gotcha!
*Ashuro grabs Kai's feet before he can retract them and pulls him up towards him. Kai is then surprised when he notices that Ashuro is actually standing on thin air, not descending to the ground at all.*
Ashuro: Unless you're able to fly, I believe this is my victory...that is, unless you've got another trick up your sleeve.

Kai: Heh. For someone who's also elastic. You sure are forgetful. I'll just bounce back up from this height*
*Kai then punches Ashuro in the chest causing him to let go, causing Kai to plummet to the ground, but instead of simply bouncing back like he should he appears to crash into the ground, causing a large crater*
Kai: But... How?

*Ashuro lands lightly next to the crater.*
Ashuro: *looks into crater*

*Kai slowly crawls out of the whole clearly ignoring Ashuro. As he is still in disbelief over his elastic powers quitting on him* I don't get it. What happened to my powers. I would've normally boucned off the ground...

Ashuro: Dude, not even Monkey D. Luffy would've bounced off of the ground from a fall that high.

Kai: No... No... I swear falling from this height does nothing to me. Except maybe a smaller crater, but still...

Ashuro: Okay...so, what should we do?

Kai: Maybe the Doc will know. He always helps me out when there is trouble...

Ashuro: Let's go see him then.

Kai: Right... *he shakes his body for abit then heads on his hover bike to Dr. Pine's lab*

*Ashuro keep up with him by running beside him. Soon they're arrive at Dr. Pine's lab and explain the situation at hand.*

Doc: Hmm, this does seem strange... Now um Ky-- Ahem. Kai have you been suffering from any other problems, lately?
Kai: Apart from a recent assault by Joey. No, not really...
*Dr. Pine scratched his chin, trying to figure out what could be ailing his young friend. Something then crosses the Doc's mind that should be noted*
Doc: Um, Ashuro. Can you give us a moment..?
(Kai's real name is actually Kyle.

Ashuro: Huh? Okay.
*Ashuro leaves the room.*

*Doc waits for Ashuro to leave before talking*
Doc: Kai, perhaps your experienceing some adverse affects from the "mutation"?
Kai: Adverse effects..?
Doc: The experimental mutation genes that Shadow Tech implanted in yours and Nikki's bodies. Perhaps the reason behind the reverse spike in your powers is a possible defect in your genes that may be crippling your original abilities...
Kai: Oh, man. I hope not...

*Ashuro waits outside patiently, falling asleep in the process.*

Kai: Do you think Nikki's having the same problem...?
Doc: Not that've seen or heard. But it's worth looking into...
Kai: I hate to say this, but we should keep this in the dark anymore...
Doc: We should let Shonnie and the others know as well...
Kai: And Ashuro?
Doc:

*When Ashuro doesn't answer or enter the room, they go out and find him curled up on the floor like a house cat, fast asleep; not too surprising considering the fact that he is a cat...well, a catboy.*

Doc: Well so much for telling him now...
Kai: Alright then, Doc.
*As the Doc sees them leave, he hangs his head in lament, at what the future may hold for Kai, Nikki, and possibly the other Neostars*
Doc: Oh, my dear friends. What have I done..?
