Well, here's my newest OC ,who will be competing character for the Idrisfall tournament. I hope you enjoy it.

Name: Has no actual name, he simply goes by "Sentry"

Age: Unknown

Race/Species: Sentient Robot

Occupation: Guard Robot

Height: 6'0 ft.

Personality: Kind, soft-spoken, dutiful, naive, caring, loyal, restless, steadfast, and compassionate.

Likes: Being wanted, helping, making friends, protecting friends, girls, the satisfaction and approval of others.

Dislikes: Getting wet, evil people, rusting, seeing people upset, and failing.

Fears/Weakness: Because of his metal body, Sentry tries to avoid getting wet(or large bodies of water in general) as his body will rust and he will be unable to move. To remedy this weakness, Sentry always keeps his trusty oil can on his person.

He is very protective of his oil can and always makes sure it's full, in case of emergency.

Weapon: Sentry's weapon of choice is a spear that has been enchanted through Danica's magic. The spear is very sturdy allowing him to block some weapons and projectile attacks. The point of the spear can fire a magical kinetic beam of light for long range combat and even coat the blade with magical energy to enhance its cutting ability. Sentry is proficient with most standard melee weapons such as spears, swords, staffs, ect.

Powers: Sentry is a robot designed to protect and serve. He seems to have a natural talent for combat with or without a weapon The metal his body is made of protects him from bullets and some light projectiles, but can easily be knocked around by strong enough blows. The Sentry has surprising speed and agility and can be fairly difficult to hit. This allows him to execute a rapid barrage of attacks. The Sentry is a decent hand-to-hand combatant, but is more effective when using a weapon (particularly spears, staffs and polearms.) Most of Sentry's unarmed tactics usually consist of grappling or flinging his opponents or charging at them with his blinding speed.

Bio: Sentry is one of a series of factory built humanoid robots that were to serve as security guards for those who could afford them. Sentry's first assigned task was to guard the entrance to the factory along with other units situated around the factory. Which also explains the origin of his name.

One day Sentry is approached by (young) Xandir Monroe, who had wanted entry to the facility. Easily recognizing that Xandir was not someone to be trusted, Sentry denied him entrance into the factory. Unfortunately, for Sentry a mere "I'm sorry. I can't allow you to enter wasn't going to stop, Xandir. Who using his powers managed to "send Sentry far away from the factory".

Sentry's body was eventually discovered (mostly broken and rusted over), outside the tower of the Danica Rosario, the Dimensional Overseer. Danica took in Sentry and managed to restore what remained of his body. She noticed that even with his body restored he wouldn't be able to properly function with so many of his old gears and motor missing. So instead she placed inside him a special artifact known as the "Life Sphere".
This Life Sphere is a glowing red orb that gave him life and sentience, motor control, even without an engine and most of his gears. Sentry has been indebted to Danica ever since.

Sentry often stays at Danica's Tower as his primary choice of residence. But he's usually only there when Danica requires his assistance or to run errands for her, or defeat a particular foe. Sentry enjoys traveling, making new friends and visiting new places. Making him very restless when he has nothing to do or anyone to help.

Fun Facts: Sentry is easily confused by idioms and slang and often interprets them literally.
Sentry like to see the good in others and is often very friendly towards anyone. A huge draw back to his trusting nature makes him a little gullible and sometimes susceptible to trickery
The Sentry's skills in combat could be related to his latent memory of his past programming to protect and serve.

Considering most of his old gears and parts have been removed around the time he gained conciousness. Sentry's body is very light compared to his original factory body, which is part of what allows him to move around so easily.

Sentry may be alive, but he is still a robot and can't actually feel pain. Though he's in no way invincible. As long as the Life Sphere inside his body remains intact, he can survive virtually anything. Sentry's head and body can still function even when seperated, much to the surprise of others.
