i think i like the hair better this way, not to take away from all the work you put into it or anything, i just dig the flat color.
the neck shading definitly helps though, and overall its great!

Very nice: the nose and lips have a nice contrast that makes them vie for my attention. The neutral colors for the skin seems to balance it well - Kudos! Especially for 3-4 hours: you work quick!
