Its taken 5 hours to do.Its all done in Adobe Illustrator CS2.
I still need to add the stripes on the tie, but I just wanted to upload it and get some feedback.

I know you aren't done, and I don't know if you're going to fix this, but the eyes are blue/green, depending on actor or character. You didn't mention it, I'm simply pointing it out.

I am going to sort the final bits to it tomorrow. Its just I have sent a little to long on the computer today doing it. So my eyes are a little on the sore side.
As for the eyes. I have a tint to show the glass on the glasses, that is making the eyes look the wrong colour. I will remove them before I reload the final one tomorrow.
