Figured I'd upload a progress shot for once! That's what the scraps category is for, right? This is the color test for an illustration I'll do later; gotta knock out two more (overdue) art trades first, then some work, then I can finally get to this. c:

Augustine used to wield a normal sword. They only got their huge weird nasty choppin' saw after nearly bleeding out in an old, flooded burial mound after a particularly awful encounter with an uncorrupted knight (who would regard a glutton knight as no more than a disgusting aberration). Ghosts can be a bit touchy, but a tomb full of dead warriors is likely to be rather sympathetic to a wounded fellow in arms. And while ceremonial burial weapons aren't always the most practical tools, they are generally enchanted to withstand time, the elements, and maintain an edge over the centuries. Which kind of makes up for how stupid they look.

Since this is a WIP, critiques would be quite valuable before I move on to the physical inking stage, if you have the time.
