Step 1 -Sketch it!

Step 2- Put the flats!

Step 3- Put shadows and lights!

Step 4- EVERYTHING ELSE!!

the render is what takes the most time lol

so it's like step 1-3 is 30% of the effort and step 4 is 70%.
