This is an amazing piece. I like the plastic like clothing, the white mascara and the light blush highlights but what I like the most is the shaved head and the smooth finish. I've seen plenty of sci-fi movies and artwork where a person was made to look bald with a shaved head but the roots of the hair always gives it away, this is great. The gloss on the head makes her look more artificial and genuinely bald. The title is sterilized and there definitely is a cleansed look to the work. I don't know how much is practical and how much is photoshop (like the removal of the model's ear) but the effects blend together really well to create a unique look.

It took me a while to figure out why there was a slightly disturbing note in this picture.
