Description
This is what I had originally planned for as a gift to , instead of a part in the series of MagiCont stories. It was an idea inspired by a series of her old works with Lora Diabla, where she performed "Magic", including the Zig-zag Girl.I wanted to make one more, just to continue the magic theme made by her a couple of years ago. This one is of my favourite illusion: The Mismade Girl.
I originally planned for it to be coloured digitally, but when I redrew it today I decided to go with an alternative: colouring with pencils. It doesn't look as good scanned in as it does on paper, but in my eyes it is a good work of mine. I did draw the hands on Ruby a bit too small, which is something I definitely need to work on.

*Removes the blades and moves to the side, revealing Ruby as she was before. Well, almost, as her waist and thighs are backwards*

I thought afoot was a verb, not an adjective.
And the whole foot pun thing is getting a bit tiresome, especially since I can't think of any to reply with.

I don't know exactly where it went, but it rolled off the illusion as soon as it was set up in that order.

I would love to take part in this illusion, but i guess without head it wouldn't be the same effect

Easy thing to work around, you just remove the top box and leave the other three.
If you want the equivalent to the original effect, add the top box when in this order and put a mannequin's head in it. All you need then is some way to stick the head onto your neck and not the blade and you're set.

i feel sorry for her... i wish i could help her to come over her problem and make her see it as an advantage and to get fun out of her detaching abilities...

Or keep on detaching her and make funny comments (hitting just the point of detaching).
Try to talk to her more intimately, offer her more than a place to live and just friendship. I think the reason for her to come frequently und unwillingly apart is founded in the fear and sorrow to her mother. There might be a good option to start with. Just trying to find her inner trouble and solve it.
If you want I could try talking to her....
Somehow we'll get her out her mess and back to being a nice and funny girl living an easy workaday life. And only breaks down when she wishes!!!

I guess her unwilled breaking apart isn't only about her mother, she also often breaks apart when she hits the sofa with her leg or something.
About making fun of it... Sam once tried to make her laugh about it and pulled her head off and said: "Don't lose your head over this!" but it only made her cry...

But it helps, if she gets to know and recognizes that she has some good friends to help her and stay with her...
Well why not get it started. Perhaps a small party there might always be an opportunity to party.
Perhaps someone has B-Day or got a raise in job...
When is Jess' B-Day, perhaps it's close to or close after the date, then that would be another reason for her predicament.

Just thought so, they both could trade as posted by some deviant on your journal! They could both paint their toes the easy way at the same time and let it dry while walking around "bare-stumped"...
and you could dance around somehow in the flat to some music and one of you gets Jess' upperhalf and the other dances with her lower half, that would be detaching on the good side
