In the corner, the radio dial clicks, and statics echoes into the inner chambers of the pony. Slowly the middle dial turns to am, and then the far right dial begins turning of its own accord, odd voices beginning to echo through the white noise. As a voice fades in and out, the dial slows and starts and goes back periodically, tuning in on the speaker. As it tunes, whisps of vapor begin to leak from the radio as though someone had placed dry ice in its workings
"...orning, good morning... the su... is shini... hrough, good morning, good morning to you. Good morning Flick. Its me, your dear uncle Lou. I know how hard working you are and how tired the materium can make one, but its a very special day! That's right, its your mothers birthday! Why, I do believe she turns..."
"YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE! I'LL KICK THAT LILY WHITE FUCKING ASS OF YOURS, I SWEAR UNTO THE MAKER"
And with that proclamation, the inner workings of the radio exploded into a shower of metal and wood, and flick slept on

I'd imagine that having the demoness, who'd I'd imagine is not merely some demon but appears to be a avatar and aspect of Creation itself, and Lucifer, ruler of the nine circles and archangel, as parts of his life has... inured flick from weirdness and both of the respective beings antics.
I'd also imagine him waking up, and putting his face in his hooves in despair and groaning like a whore whose patrons wiped their leaving off with her curtains over the knowledge that, once again, the only adult influences he has had growing up that actually seemed to care have left collateral damage.

Yeah, I would say so. As his mother rules of the 7th circle, and he believes he rules over his own things (his life, and things). Flick has control over his own world in the MLP AU, where in the underworld he felt he didn't have any control while his mother is in charge.
