Now, I took something for my own past for a part in this page. I was helping my folks clear out their garage about a year ago, and I came across a picture I made for my mother for Mothers day. I drew this picture when I was five, it had stick figures, and was stained with age.

I don't know about some of you, but some of my old stuff makes me gag with embarrassed. (still does) When I threw the picture a little roughly on the table, my mother tended to get a little snappy with me as I did so. I didn't understand how much my mother valued the picture, till her expression matched Flick's mother in panel five.

Oh, I'm sorry for the emotional roller coaster.
