The 3-point-perspective can be a bit tricky. There's actually a 4-point-perspective too, but this is closer to a distorted effect or fish-eye than to a "regular" perspective.

I had already seen some videos about perspective from Mark Crilley, but yours is much better explained. And don't worry about your english, I bet it is better than mine!

You're English is pretty good
Perspective is actually not that difficult and if you understand it you don't need to draw all the lines and grids, because you intuitively know how things have to look.
