Blind Mag from the film "Repo! The Genetic Opera" I love this film far too much.If you haven't seen the film it's well worth a look. It's under the Horror/Rock Opera genres.

Without too many spoilers for those who don't know, Mag was a gifted opera singer who was blind. She went to Rotti, the head of GeneCo. A company which carried out surgery on the rich in a society where being beautiful/perfect on the inside is the new fashion.

Rotti gave her new eyes, his price? For her to become the new face of GeneCo.

I should probably point out that Mag isn't the main character in this film, but rather a major supporting character

I'll say it again, I <3 this film. Probably due to Anthony Head playing one of the lead roles. He has a surprisingly good singing voice (I'd never seen/heard him sing before in a role)

The picture is graphite on a lovely thick cream paper,using a number of fuzzy screenshots from the film. The majority of the hair was done in charcoal with a white gel pen to work in fine highlights and a white pastel pencil for the broad highlights on the face.

I've had to touch it up in Photoshop to restore the cream colored background and the black areas since my scanner tends to reflect off of dense graphite areas :S
