Description
When I initially started it, it was going to have a lot going for it (in terms of the scenery).
But of course, I bitten off more than I can chew and pretty much screwed myself over.
I thought I was going to have trees, grass, and flowers that'll look all super detail and pretty,
but it was too advance for me to pull it off and I ended up wasting a lot of time on it.
I decided to go for simple and eventually work my way up to something better.

I feel you, drawing sceneries is a pain in the ass, but this drawing has still turned out quite good! Simpler backgrounds aren't always something necessarily bad or unfitting. I'd say it looks awesome like this. Oh, also, their expressions are so cute! Plus, the shading... Great job on it as well!

Thank you! I believe simple is nice as well. I just got a little too in over my head at the time.
I thought about using clouds as the background instead, but since I was still working on it on
Valentine's day and wanted it out by then, I chose the end results instead.
Although, I am not a fan of the way I did the flower. I tried some step-by-step tutorial
that was sort of helpful but not so much at the same time. I'll get the hang of it eventually.
I did struggle a little with the position of their eyes (Kinda hard to get it to look like they're
looking at each other). Their expressions, on the other hand, is my favorite part.
Someday I'll make this ship popular enough to get daily amounts of content. It's pretty
underrated compared to the popular ones.

I would say it was a good choice in the end. Still, you can always use that idea - whatever you had in mind, and try doing so in a future drawing!
I am sure that with some more practice you will make flowers look even better. It is not like it does not look good enough here though. They are honestly not that easy to draw either. Some of them at least, but it is nice to try! Especially because they certainly are a really nice touch... Or that is my opinion at least, I really like them!
Reading the last bit actually made me smile. That is the same thing I always had in mind when I used to make Sonic fanarts. Even if I ended up drawing other things, I do enjoy seeing that people keeps drawing Sonaze. I often check if there is anything new. It is really satisfying, as it is a ship I really like. It doesn't matter if it is not as popular as other ones, what matters is that there are still many that appreciate it as much as we do!
Keep it up, I'll be looking forward seeing more!
