Anyway, as I say on all of my critiques, this is meant to help you improve. Not to insult or hurt you personally in any way shape or form.
I go through critiques, so I know the process xD And I appriciate every one of them as long as they are honest and mature

Firstly, the little sad kitty in this picture. You have such perfect ears I'm so jealous. Heh. However, their position could be a little more slanted downwards. When cats are afraid/sad their ears fold back almost completely.
Your ar is beautiful bro c: Don't be jealous. Also, yes, I understand this xD I wasn't entirely shooting for a sad look, more of an angered, slightly upset, and alert look.

The expression is really good, and I don't really know your eye style well enough to know if the lines above the eye is apart of it or if their the cat's eye brow. In any case, putting them above the eye slightly and actually changing the eye's actual shape sometimes helps with this confusion.
Yeah, the lines are supposed to slant that way to show his expression. I tried changeing the eyes shape to make it like that, but it never really worked out ;n;

Also, your eyes are a bit pink, the cat looks like it hasn't slept in days no offense.
xD Its the way his eyes look. I draw unrealistic and chibi cats, so I decided his eyes should be shaded a bit pink.

Now for the body, your neck area could be a bit thicker. Right now it's sort of in an awkward position like a Popsicle on a stick. The cat also looks a bit over weight, since the hind leg's real structure can't be seen that well. It just looks like a blob with a random paw on the end of it.
Well, I draw like this because its how I draw chibi kitties I only really draw chibis, and theres no point in necks, really. I think it makes the cat look... bleh ;; And yeah I was aiming for it ;w; For my own reasons anyways vwv''

Your tail needs to be smaller too, it's almost bigger than the entire cat

The background is actually really good! Simple but defining, nice job there. The grass COULD be a bit more...sharp though instead of just a blurred effect.
Everything is supposed to have a soft affect on the picture and landscape, especailly the grass, water, and everything else. If I added sharp grass, it would look out of place ;n;
