Wow it's been a long time since I did any digital art. I seem to remember how to work photoshop though so that's good.
This is unit Omega-252, a skitari that I am playing in a larp. She spent most of the last event standing guard in hallways while the rest of the explorators were up to no good, so that seemed like the right thing to draw her doing.
I did cheat a bit here and trace a photo for the figure, but since I did make the costume it feels like it's less bad? It started out as a sketch to work out what needed changin with the costume but I just kept working on it and I'm actually pretty proud of how it ended up.

Thanks! It was done partly as an exercise in what changes I could make to the costume so I kind of needed to pay attention to all the small fiddly bits.

Thanks! I spent a lot of it cursing myself for having included so many wires in the deign but by the end I had figured out how to make drawing wires and chains relatively painless.
I am very pleased with the background, I spent a lot of time blending blobs of green trusting that it was actually going somewhere but somehow it did work out. It's very pleasing when an image in your head successfuly translates into art.
(also I seem to have forgotten how to write devart descriptions somehow? not sure when that happened)
