Soul Eater AU where Death the Kid perishes, but the role of a Reaper can be passed on to someone with a deep connection to his soul.This is actually REALLY old. This is from like October of last year. But I was looking through my extensive gallery of terrible, unshared KidLiz drawings (don't even ask or I will start crying over Gin-kyo 's lost artwork), and this one stood out to me. I used to be really unsatisfied with it but for some reason, right now, I love it.
The costume was probably inspired by some tumblr fashion, but I'd never be able to dig it up now and I doubt it would be accurate with those Black Rock Shooter shorts anyway.
I just remembered I used this tutorial for the tights fabric.
You could actually see this as a follow-up to Death Becomes Him ahahaha h a

She has a completely different hairstyle and her features are a little more grown up. I also probably drew her chest too small without realizing xD Like I noted, this is really old art.

Yeah, her chest is way too small...it's still great art though. Β Β Just a thought, Patty would probably be a bit easier to recognize if she had those blushes on her cheeks.Β

You can actually see a little whitish blotch on her cheek where I originally put them in, but I didn't like how they looked. It didn't work with her new grown-up image. After all, she didn't have them so noticeable when she lived on the streets.

What, you mean in Soul Eater Not? That was a different art style though...
But you could be right; maybe blushes just wouldn't work with a grown-up Patty, but I'm having a hard time imagining her without them.Β Β

I never watched or read Soul Eater, but this is kind of cool.

Well, this is non-canon territory, so it (sadly) doesn't resemble the real plot much.
I mostly recommend Soul Eater for its fantastic characters, art style, and basically flawless animation. And music. The amount of gross fanservice in the first few episodes tends to turn people off but if you get past those it's really fun to stick with.
