WHY YOU ASK!?

cause two years ago today, I came up with a girl to draw JUST to draw a goth girl with cool curly hair. The next day, I went back to the picture and for SOME strange reason that I still don't know what I was thinking, I drew a weird ...THING behind her, resembling some...guy I guess? and thus, these chars were created.

I think like, a month later, they gained names.

but yes, anyway, Today is Elizabeth's birthday!! it's very special to me because she is the only character that I have that I actually REMEMBER their birthday. Guy's is the 14th (valentines!) but since he's a dead thing, I don't think it really counts. and since this year was FRIDAY THE 13th, I just couldn't ignore it; it fits her so well!

done in markers....because Elizabeth has pretty much always been my traditional muse (sides a digital pic here or there) She should actually be 17 now, but in my mind, she'll always be 15. After about 2 years of owning these chars, a whole story behind them developed, which I would really love to share.

crappily done, yeah....I had limited time, with all the homework and stuff. I hoped those scratchy lines would add more character to it or something, but nah...just looks unclean =/ just had to tribute though!! Happy Birthday Elizabeth!!!
