The band in her tail is a little small.
Eye color is ever so slightly off.
Resolution is still a bit too small.
The lines are still blocky in some areas, but there's been a massive and overall improvement compared to your last Applejack.
Try opening this picture in PS, scaling the image 10 times the size it is now, and revector over the blurry mass you're left with. The results are always surprisingly good when I'm unhappy with one of my projects.
And most importantly, keep up the good work! I'm loving how quickly you upload.
