What's new, in this version?1. I've smoothed out her eyes, more!
2. I've also smoothed out the lines, around her neck more!

The face is what really bothers me. I suppose you were trying to make a smug look for Serperior but it ended up looking too creepy looking. Another thing that I notice is that some of the areas are a bit to jagged and need to smoothen out as well as curved. The shading is pretty good as you can tell which areas are light and dark. Overall this is a decent attempt at vector and I would suggest you improve on your skills with this. Hopefully your next Serperior drawing looks much more better and a bit more rounded as well

Yeah, I've took a picture of her, off my video game, and vectored traced her!
I only did that, because I really just love seeing Pokemon smile!

But the lines around her neck, does look a little too uneven?

I've vectored traced it, off of an image that I've recorded off the video game!
She only made that looked, because Gothorita had tickled her!
Yeah, I know it sounds crazy!
But I still really love this expression on her!
But that's just me!
Actually, Gothorita had won that battle between Serperior!
Mainly because Gothorita had tickling, toxic, attract, and flash!
Serperior was really fast, she managed to use Swagger against him, but she underestimated him!
I still like Serperior though!
She's one the more beautiful grass types!

Well, you see awhile back ago, there was a Youtube user by the name of Dr. Wolf, who was in my opinion was really skilled at reviews!
Heck!
Even both my mom, and dad had loved him!
I'm dead serious, he was that good!
Actually, he've tried to help me out one time, with my microphone!
You see, a few months ago, I was trying to get back at reviewing tv shows again, and Doctor Wolf had replied to me by saying, that I have to get a Blue Ball Mic really bad!
He had also have said that, I really need to work on my speech, and pause's better!
But while he had criticized my videos, he also said that I was very good at editing them!
He've also said that, if I would've kept it up, I would've gotten really good at it!
But I've slowly stopped reviewing because of more special people like JWittz, Angry Joe, etc, at the time were being slammed on Youtube for Copyright Infringement!
But unlike most people like FiretronHedgehog who still have problems on arguing too much, not too mention VERY BOSSY!
But that, really can't be helped, only they can control themselves!
Doctor Wolf on the other hand, was special to a lot of people, myself included!
He's really good at staying cool, he never swear on Youtube, NOT EVEN ONCE!
He's usually really reasonable, he can talk his way out of things very easily!
He's also very sharp, and a very nice person!
He also, never talks back at anyone!
Sometimes, I wish I was like him?
I'm been kinda disappointed at myself lately!
I've been trying my best to do what both my mom, and dad had always told me for years, try and stay calm, be really polite, try hard and not to swear, control my anger, love those close to you, never let people bother you!
With Doctor Wolf, he's almost all of those things!
Yes, I'm kinda jealous!
But I supposed I've placed him up so high on a pedestal, that I've forgotten that I too, was special!
I have people, who really looked up to me almost all the time, Firetronhedgehog, Echodonut, even you!
That really means a lot to me!
Also, if you are in trouble, I will try my best to help you out!
I'll also, not bug you as much, so you can have space to breath!
Something, that I wish that FiretronHedgehog can learn to do?
I can't change him!
Again, only he can change who he is!
It's like that with everybody, even me!

Actually, I too had a little trouble with Doctor Wolf!
I remember that I've had a fanfic idea once, staring him in it, helping Applebloom with a problem!
But for some reason, he've turned it down?
You see, I was a big fan of Transformers Beast Wars, and I was going to have a MLP/Transformers Crossover!
But again, he've turned it down, and I've never spoken with him since then!
Doctor Wolf if you're reading this, I'm sorry about all of that!
As for him being terminated, off of Youtube?
You know, I've been on Youtube ever since 2008, and I've seen special people like Doctor Wolf go!
I'm so sick of this!
I mean, what's the point?
As soon, as someone starts up another channel, you than get to know them, and the next thing you know, THEY'RE GONE!
I too, had a couple of strikes on my Youtube channel!
It started back somewhere around 2008, when I've first heard of Youtube, thanks to someone special I know in real life!
You see back then, the only thing that I've ever cared about, was just getting subscribers!
But one day, I've uploaded a couple of episodes of Zoids, and I've gotten a couple of Copyright Strikes in a blink of an eye!
I was heart broken, when that had happened to me!
That's why in 2009, I've tried to start doing reviews, and just have fun with my audiences!
But again, as time slowly went on!
I've learned that it's better to just be yourself, and not care if you've gotten any subscribers!
That's how I've been so lucky, and two years later, Youtube had finally removed those two strikes!
Who cares, if I've gotten any subscribers?
If they like my videos, then by all means subscribe!
If not, then move along!
Noneone is going to stop you!
Because when you stop, and think about it!
It's not right to try, and force others to like you!

I see. Well its always good to have a role-model in life, and sometimes you can't help it when people act bossy. You can only do right by yourself and move on.
And as far as YouTube goes I can't really explain their methods. But its hard to keep a channel that falls out of their guidelines unless you have special permission.

Gothorita still had 14 percent health left, and Serperior only had about 20 percent left!

Can I ask how you made this?
I've been toying around with turning my own pencil drawing into vectors as well, but the lines I get after processing it through Illustrator are not as soft and straigth as yours are. Example: fc06.deviantart.net/fs70/f/201…
What tools are you using to get these perfect, soft, even, curvy vector lines? I've been wondering for weeks now!
