Vision:
Ponies and metal work surprisingly good. We've seen enough ponies to imagine they don't like to overload with clothing. Simple yet appealing. Sends clear message.
Originality:
The style pretty much resembles show-like. Excluding Dr. and Lyra, poses and expressions are pretty generic. Background given no thought and made lazily.
Technique:
The only thing that really bothers me in anatomy is Vinyl's right hind leg. And maybe her back, a little. I'd imagine linework is messy on purpose, but while some curves are smooth (look Derpy's hind leg) other are really blocky (look Octavia's front legs). Hatching adds little mess, which works with the theme. Coloring is consistent, but we don't really know where the light's coming from. Shadows are put only in obvious places and around the shape. It works for giving it dimension, although could be done better. Visible, messy brush strokes and lack of gradients work great with sketchy linework and theme overall.
Impact:
At first and few next glances it should speak to every metal out there. It definitely can make someone do a research.

The Wild Six(seriously, if you think the Main six is wild, then think about an ex-secret agent, two hyped music ponies, a crazy human theorist pony, a goofy pegasus pony that has a chaos effect flank and a weird scientist pony, have them all together and it sounds like one hell of a ride!)
